I am a 45 year old male living in Johannesburg South Africa and have chosen the Ironman in South Africa as my event. This grueling event is made up of a 3.8km Swim, a 180km Cycle and a 42.2km Run. The cut off time for the event is 17 hours. It takes place in Port Elizabeth and will be held on the 13th April 2008.
